WSU charges full-time tuition from credits and part-time tuition from credits during Fall and Spring Semesters (2-credit-minimum tuition charge). Additional tuition is charged for enrolling in more than 18 credits.
When a student drops one or more but not all classes prior to the drop deadline (class removed from record) and the remaining enrollment places the student in a part-time enrollment status (fewer than 10 credits), adjustments will be made to tuition and mandatory fee charges, according to university policy.
When a student withdraws from one or more but not all classes after the drop deadline (W grade assigned) and the remaining enrollment places the student in a part-time enrollment status (fewer than 10 credits) adjustments will NOT be made to tuition and mandatory fee charges. A $5 fee is charged for each withdrawal.
To drop or withdraw from an individual class go to your Student Center in myWSU and select "Enrollment: Drop" from the drop down option.
If a student wishes to drop or withdraw from all classes for the current term, this requires a withdrawal from the current term.
